Clients may request to cancel a scheduled consultation or financial planning service under the following conditions:
Before the Service Begins:
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled consultation may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
Cancellations within less than 48 hours of the scheduled service may not be eligible for a refund, as time has been allocated for the consultation.
After the Service Begins:
Once a consultation or financial planning session has started, no refunds will be issued.
